Fáng Xuánlíng 房玄齡 (578–648), zì Qiáo 喬, posthumously Wénzhāo 文昭, was the leading early-Táng minister and Chancellor under Tang Tàizōng. Native of Línzī 臨菑 (Shāndōng). One of the Lǐ Shìmín Xuánwǔmén faction; rose to Shàngshū yòu púshè (Right Vice-Director) and was central to the Zhēnguān reign. Co-supervised the imperial Suí shū 隋書 compilation. The Guǎnzǐ commentary attributed to him (KR3c0001) is the standard Táng-period commentary on the Guǎnzǐ. Biography: Jiù Táng shū j. 66, Xīn Táng shū j. 96. CBDB id 17130.
