Cáiliáng 才良
Late-Northern-Sòng / early-Southern-Sòng Yángqí-branch Chán monk, styled Yúndǐng Cáiliáng 雲頂才良. Dharma-heir of 法演 Wǔzǔ Fǎyǎn (1018–1104). Exact lifedates not transmitted. As Fǎyǎn’s “student participant” (cānxué 參學), Cáiliáng gathered and edited his teacher’s upper-hall discourses and minor pieces into the three-juan Fǎyǎn chánshī yǔlù 法演禪師語錄 (KR6q0058) — titled in its juan headings by the respective abbacies at which Fǎyǎn delivered the material (Sìmiàn 四面, Báiyún 白雲, and Tàipíng 太平 / Dōngshān 東山 / Wǔzǔ 五祖). Apart from this editorial achievement his biographical trace in the lamp records is slight.
