Several other monks bear the name Mínghuì 明慧, including the LiúSòng monk at Báimǎsì 白馬寺 in Beijing (DILA A003471, 5th-century, famous for fànbài and scripture-recitation), and the late-Míng monk Wújì Mínghuì 無際明慧 (DILA A003566) of Háiníng 海寧, twenty-seventh-generation Línjì-lineage holder at Huìyīnsì 惠因寺. Neither is the present co-recorder.
