Zhìrén 智仁
Táng Vinaya master of Jīngzhào Guāngmíngsì 京兆光明寺 (Cháng’ān). The first of the liùshí jiā 六十家 (“sixty houses”) of Táng Xíngshì chāo sub-commentators, according to 慧顯 Huìxiǎn’s catalogue (KR6k0170 Xíngshì chāo zhūjiā jì biāomù), which records his ten-juan Xíngshì chāo jì (title not preserved). The work itself is lost; Zhìrén is reckoned the inaugural sub-commentator from whom the entire liùshí jiā tradition was counted outward.
