Cáo Jiāzhī 曹嘉之 was a Jin-dynasty historian of whom little biographical information survives. He does not appear in the standard Jin biography sections. His Jìnjì 晉紀 is recorded in the Suí shū jīngjí zhì 隋書經籍志, which is the principal evidence for the work’s existence. The Jìnjì covered at minimum the late Wèi through Western Jìn periods, with a focus on individual anecdotes and character portraits. After the Tang Jìn shū compilation (648 CE), the work was lost; 湯球 (Táng Qiú, 1804–1881) reconstructed the surviving fragments as KR4k0339. Not in CBDB.
