Late-Qīng physician of Lánzhōu 蘭州 (Gānsù), the founder of the Lánzhōu Zhūshì hereditary medical lineage. Documented through a Gānsù ànchá 案察 Dèng Chéngwěi 鄧承偉’s plaque inscription Nián gāo déshào 年高德邵 (“Aged in years, lofty in virtue”), inscribed after Zhū cured Dèng’s son of smallpox following the deaths of his previous children. Composed eyebrow-notes on Chéng Guópéng’s Yīxué xīnwù (1732) — preserved as KR3er113 Yīxué xīnwù zázhèng yàoyì 醫學心悟雜症要義. The notes were supplemented by his son 朱儀亭 Zhū Yítíng and finally edited for publication by his great-grandson Zhū Tàiyán 朱太岩 in 1991. Not in CBDB.
