Lǐ Xiūzhī 李修之, fǔ (style 父), early-Qīng physician of Yúnjiān 雲間 (Sōngjiāng, now Shànghǎi). A Sōngjiāng cultivated-gentry-circle physician active in the late seventeenth and early eighteenth century, with clinical reputation in the Hǎiyī 海邑 district. The studio-name Jiùdétáng 舊德堂 (“Hall of Inherited Virtue”) was conferred by his patron Tián Yuánkǎi 田元愷 after Lǐ successfully treated Tián’s father’s chronic diarrhea-disease. Lǐ’s clinical signature is bold bǔyáng (warming-tonifying) prescribing in the Sōngjiāng 李中梓 Lǐ Zhōngzǐ school manner. His casebook is preserved as KR3ep098 Jiùdétáng yīàn with prefaces dated xīnchǒu (probably 1721). Not in CBDB.
