Lín Zhīqí 林之奇 (1112–1176), zì Shǎoyǐng 少穎, hào Zhuōzhāi 拙齋 (also Sānshān xiānshēng 三山先生), was a Southern-Sòng Confucian scholar and Shàngshū-classicist from Sānshān 三山 (Fúzhōu 福州, Fújiàn 福建). He was a pupil of Lǚ Běnzhōng 呂本中 and a teacher of the great philologist Lǚ Zǔqiān 呂祖謙 (呂祖謙). His main classical work is the Shàngshū quán jiě 尚書全解 (KR1b0007) in forty juàn — the principal Southern-Sòng Mǐn-region (Fújiàn) Shàngshū commentary.

Methodologically Lín takes a moderate Sòng yìli position, making careful use of the Hàn-period (Pseudo-)Kǒng commentary while supplementing with Sòng-period readings. The work is methodologically sober and the Sìkù editors regard it as one of the principal Southern-Sòng Shàngshū monographs.
