Yáng Wěi 楊偉 (fl. mid 3rd century) was a CáoWèi 曹魏 astronomer and calendar reformer. He served as Director of the Tàishǐ 太史 (Grand Astronomer’s Office) under Cáo Ruì 曹叡, and is principally remembered for the Jǐngchū lì 景初曆 — the major Wèi-period reform of the official calendar promulgated in 237 (the second year of the Jǐngchū reign-period from which the calendar takes its name). The Jǐngchū lì remained in use through the WèiJìn period, with successive revisions; the calendar’s structure is described in detail in the Jìn shū lìzhì 晉書曆志. His exact birth and death years are not preserved.

In the Kanripo corpus he is the attributed author of KR3a0151 Shíwù lùn 時務論 — a short political essay, distinct from his astronomical writings, preserved only as a brief jíyì fragment. CBDB has no entry.
