Yáng Yǔncháng 楊允長, a Qīng-period pupil of Zhāng Liè 張烈 (1622–1685). After Zhāng’s death he composed a Sī shì yì 私謚議 (“Argument for a Private Posthumous Title”) defending the pupils’ privately conferring on Zhāng the title Zhìdào xiānsheng 志道先生; the Sìkù editors excised this defense when admitting KR1a0131 Dú Yì rì chāo. No further biographical details are recorded in the Sìkù notice.
