Jiāng Shàoyú 江少虞 (fl. Shàoxīng, c. 1131–1162). The catalog meta and Sìkù tiyao record him as Zuǒ cháoqǐng dàfū, quán fāqiǎn Jízhōu jūnzhōu shì (Acting Prefect of Jízhōu, Jiāngxī). The Jiāngxī tōngzhì does not record his career and the Sìkù editors note that his further career-record cannot be investigated. Native place uncertain. Compiler of the Shì shí lèi yuàn 事實類苑 (KR3j0181) in 63 juàn, a major Northern-Sòng institutional-history lèishū compiled over fourteen years and completed in Shàoxīng 15 (1145), drawing on more than sixty source-works. Wáng Shìzhēn’s Jūyì lù praised it as “the most comprehensive of Sòng-men’s shuōbù, useful for history.”
