Jiāng Guàn 江瓘 ( Mínyíng 民瑩, hào Huángnán 篁南, 1503–1565, 明), Míng-period scholar-physician of Shèxiàn 歙縣 (Ānhuī). Compiler of the great Míngyī lèiàn 名醫類案 (KR3e0075, 12 juan, 180+ categorical gates) — the most comprehensive Chinese pre-modern collection of medical case-records. Jiāng compiled ancient and contemporary case-records by name, with appended discussion. The work was completed in Jiājìng yǐyǒu (1549, the mòqiū jìwàng 莫秋既望 of his preface). Posthumously expanded by his son 江應宿 Jiāng Yìngsù (Míng) and further annotated by 魏之琇 Wèi Zhīxiù (early Qīng).
