The Míngshǐ Yìwén zhì records two of his works: Qíndùn dàquán 禽遁大全 in 4 juàn (lost) and Qínxīng yìjiàn 禽星易見 (KR3g0049) in 4 juàn (preserved as 1 juàn in the Sìkù). Specialized in the qínxīng 禽星 (animal-star) divinatory methodology — a sub-tradition of the Dùnjiǎ / Liùrén system using 36 animal-symbols correlated with the 28 lunar mansions and 12 zodiacal palaces.
