Hóng Qiáozǔ 洪喬祖
Yuán-dynasty lay Chán cānxué participant at the Xīfēng assembly of 原妙 Gāofēng Yuánmiào (1238–1296) on Tiānmùshān; editor (biān 編) of the Gāofēng Yuánmiào chánshī chányào (KR6q0334), compiled from Chízhèng’s transcripts at the request of Yǒngzhōng shàngrén 永中上人 of Gūsū. His preface to the Chányào states the gāngmù / lǐnglǚ (net-rope / robe-collar) compilation principle by which the shìzhòng talks were distilled into essentials. Lifedates unrecorded.
