Yuán-period local official and philologist, Qiánfū 潛夫, of Shèxiàn 歙縣 (Huīzhōu, modern Anhui — the same place as Luó Yuàn 羅願). Held the magistracy of Xiūníng 休寧. He provided the standard yīnshì 音釋 phonetic glosses to Luó Yuàn’s Ěryǎ yì KR1j0012 — preserved as the inner commentary of the WYG and most subsequent printed editions — together with a postface itemizing the work’s structure (six topical divisions across thirty-two juàn). His own collected works are Xìngtíng zhāigǎo 杏庭摘稿. CBDB gives lifedates 1267–1329 (fl. 1292), consistent with his Xiūníng magistracy and the dates of his postface.
