Xióng Hù 熊笏 (zì Shūlíng 叔陵, fl. c. 1810–1830, Qing physician of Ānyì 安義 in Jiāngxī). No CBDB record.
His one preserved work is the Zhōngfēng lùn 中風論 (KR3eh035, 1 juǎn) — a focused monograph on wind-stroke (piānkū 偏枯 / zhōngfēng 中風) — composed and prefaced Dàoguāng xīnsì = Dàoguāng 1 = 1821 at the Shānyáng 山陽 / Huái’ān 淮安 prefectural office. The work circulated as manuscript only for sixty years and was first printed in Guāngxù jiǎshēn = 1884 by Lín Qìngqí 林慶祺 from a manuscript copy made in 1818 (wùyín) by Guō Qiūquán 郭秋泉 — a pupil of Chén Xiūyuán’s circle who had clandestinely copied it from Xióng’s box while the author was out, by his own postface admission. A sister text, Jízhù Nánjīng 輯註難經, is mentioned in the prefaces but is otherwise unavailable.
