Xióng Jié 熊節 (Sòng), Duāncāo 端操, was a direct disciple of Zhū Xī, native of Jiànyáng 建陽 (Fújiàn — Zhū Xī’s local district). Held office to Tōngzhí láng 通直郎 with assignment as Zhī Mǐnqīngxiàn 知閩清縣 (Magistrate of Mǐnqīng, Fúzhōu). Compiler of the Xìnglǐ qúnshū jùjiě 性理群書句解 (KR3a0067), the first major Sòng Lǐxué topical anthology — predating the more-celebrated Xìnglǐ dàquán (KR3a0078) of Yǒnglè 1415. Annotated by his fellow Jiànyáng townsman Xióng Gāngdà 熊剛大 (a separate person, possibly kinsman). CBDB id 11820, no dates.
