Wáng Zhěn 王稹 (also written 楨; mid-to-late 15th cent.), second son of the Lìbù shàngshū Wáng Zhí 王直 (王直) of Tàihé 泰和. In early Chénghuà supplemented his elder brother Wáng Bǎo 王䆅’s 13-juǎn original recension of their father’s collected works with a 37-juǎn hòují — material the original recension had not included plus everything composed after Wáng Zhí’s 1457 retirement until his 1462 death — making the present 50-juǎn KR4e0095 Yìān wénjí. No further biographical details preserved in standard sources.
