Zhēn Luán 甄鸞 (zì Shūzūn 叔遵, fl. Northern Zhōu, 6th c.), Northern-Zhōu mathematician and calendar-scholar. Major work: re-elaboration (重述 zhòngshù) of 趙君卿 Zhào Jūnqīng’s Zhōubì suànjīng commentary (KR3f0001); also Wǔ jīng suànshù 五經算術, Sūnzǐ suànjīng 孫子算經 commentary, Wǔcáo suànjīng 五曹算經 commentary, Hǎidǎo suànjīng 海島算經 commentary, Tiānhé lì 天和曆 (Tiānhé calendar, 566). Author of the polemical anti-Daoist work Xiàodào lùn 笑道論 (570). One of the major Liù Cháo period mathematician-astronomers in the transmission line that culminated in the Táng Shí bù suàn jīng 十部算經 imperial-mathematical canon.
