Tián Yì 田易 (b. 1682, d. unknown; fl. into the 1730s), native of Dàxīng 大興 (Shùntiān prefecture, modern Běijīng). Jìnshì of an unspecified Kāngxī cohort; rose to tóngzhī (assistant prefect) of Chénzhōu 辰州 in Húnán. Best known as the principal biānzuǎn of the Yōngzhèng-era Jīfǔ tōngzhì (KR2k0041), the work having been entrusted to him by the Zhílì governor-general Táng Zhíyù 唐執玉 in 1729 and pursued through his collaboration with the editorial bureau established at the Liánhuāchí 蓮花池 in Bǎodìng. CBDB records his birth year as Kāngxī 21 (1682) per the Qīngdài rénwù shēngzú niánbiǎo (#3294); his death year is not transmitted.
