Shinka 眞荷 (active 16th c., conventional lifedates uncertain — placed in the 16th century) was a disciple of Shinsei 眞盛 (眞盛) in the Tendai Shinsei-shū 天台真盛宗 lineage at Saikyō-ji 西教寺. His KR6t0123 Zhēnhè shàngrén fǎyǔ 眞荷上人法語 (“Dharma-Discourse of Master Shinka”) preserves his affective-devotional Dharma-instruction on the Amitābha-Forty-eight-vow (amida no shijuhachi gan) tradition, characterised by emotionally-charged sympathetic identification with the suffering of last-age evil beings (末世愚惡ノ衆生).
He is sparsely documented in the standard biographical sources beyond his sectarian-lineage role.
