Shuì Yúquán 稅與權 (lifedates not securely recorded; fl. 1248), zì Xùnfǔ 巽甫, of Línqióng 臨卭 in Bājùn 巴郡 (modern Pújiāng county, Sìchuān, Chéngdū metropolitan region — the same district as his teacher Wèi Liǎowēng 魏了翁). CBDB id 39042.
A second-generation disciple in the ZhūXī → WèiLiǎowēng → ShuìYúquán transmission line. Specifically a disciple of Wèi Liǎowēng (Hèshān 鶴山, Wénjìng 文靖); learned the Shào-Yōng-school xiàngshù materials within Wèi’s Zhū-school orthodox framework.
CBDB note: “authored Jiàozhèng Zhōuyì gǔjīng 12 juan; Yì xué qǐméng xiǎo zhuàn 1 juan.”
Within the Kanripo corpus he is the author of KR1a0057 Yì xué qǐméng xiǎo zhuàn 易學啟蒙小傳 (1 juan, dated 1248). He is also the author of a separate Jiàozhèng Zhōuyì gǔjīng 校正周易古經 (12 juan), a critical-edition recension on the Lǚ Dàfáng / Lǚ Zǔqiān gǔyì tradition — cited by Zhū Yízūn’s Jīngyì kǎo and used by the Sìkù editors in their tiyao on KR1a0043 (Lǚ Zǔqiān’s Gǔ Zhōuyì). Also recorded by Chén Zhènsūn’s Shūlù jiětí: a Zhōulǐ zhézhōng 周禮折衷.
His specific contribution to the Yì-tradition: the bù yì zhī bā guà 不易之八卦 / hù yì zhī wǔshíliù guà 互易之五十六卦 (eight non-varying / 56 mutually-varying) structural reading of the upper-and-lower jīng hexagram-sequence — explicitly addressing a methodological gap left by Zhū Xī’s Yì xué qǐméng.
