Zàn Xīxù 纘西緒 (fl. late 14th – mid 15th c.) — early-Míng Buddhist monk, abbot of the Yǒnglè monastery 永樂寺 (in the Língyǐnsì 靈隱寺 establishment at Hangzhou), and fāngwài qìjiāo 方外契交 (Buddhist friend) of the imperial physician 戴思恭 Dài Yuánlǐ. The sole monastic custodian of Dài’s unpublished medical manuscript, the Mìchuán zhèngzhì yàojué jí lèifāng (KR3er068), which he showed to the imperial inspector 陳嶷 in 1441; the manuscript reached print under Chén’s patronage in 1443.
