Luó Xū 羅頊, Southern-Sòng official (cháofèng dàfū quán fāqiǎn Yǐngzhōu 朝奉大夫權發遣郢州), wrote the jǐyǒu preface (likely 1249) to 張杲 Zhāng Gǎo’s KR3eq024 Yī shuō; the preface develops the famous “medicine is like war” metaphor and is the principal early external witness for the Zhāng family’s three-generation Xīnān medical lineage.
