Fàn Èchāng 范諤昌, a Northern-Sòng Yì-scholar of Jiànchāng 建昌, appearing in the standard transmission-line of the Hé túLuò shū charts: 陳摶 Chén Tuán → 種放 Zhǒng Fàng → 李溉 Lǐ Gài → 許堅 Xǔ Jiān → Fàn Èchāng → 劉牧 Liú Mù. Reportedly identified the 5-positions-9-palaces chart with Fúxī’s making — a position that became influential through Liú Mù. Lifedates not securely recorded.
