Kan Zenkai 菅禪海

Eighteenth-century Japanese lay donor of the Sugawara 菅原 family of Tanba 丹州, dharma-name Jitan 慈湛; sponsored the printing of the Edo-period Cáodòng yǔlù projects at the Shirahana-bayashi 白華林 press, including the Jūnzhōu Dòngshān Wùběn chánshī yǔlù (KR6q0066) and the Fǔzhōu Cáoshān Běnjì chánshī yǔlù (KR6q0069), as a memorial offering for his late wife and daughter.
