Gě Qiánsūn 葛乾孫 ( Kějiǔ 可久, 1305–1353, CBDB 109807), late-Yuán physician of Sūzhōu 蘇州 (the gūsū chūnxiāntáng 姑蘇春先堂 of his self-preface). Gě is a representative of the late-Yuán Sūzhōu medical milieu, contemporary with the great consolidation of the Dānxī tradition by 朱震亨 Zhū Zhènhēng (1281–1358) just to the south.

His one famous work is the Shíyào shénshū 十藥神書 (KR3eh041 / its versified mnemonic KR3eh044) — a famously concise treatise on consumption (láozhài 癆瘵 / pulmonary wasting) built around ten signature prescriptions in sequenced order: hemostasis (Shíhuī sǎn 十灰散, Huāruǐshí sǎn 花蕊石散), ginseng restoration (Dúshēn tāng 獨參湯), sustaining lung-yīn (Bǎohé tāng 保和湯, Bǎozhēn tāng 保真湯, Tàipíng wán 太平丸), phlegm-heat purgation (Chénxiāng xiāohuà wán 沉香消化丸), lung lubrication (Rùnfèi gāo 潤肺膏, Báifèng gāo 白鳳膏), and final marrow-replenishment (Bǔsuǐ dān 補髓丹). The author’s own preface is dated Zhìzhèng wùzǐ = 1348.

The work entered a long Ming-Qing commentary tradition, with major editorial layers from Zhōu Yángjùn 周揚俊 (1687 preface), Chén Niànzǔ 陳念祖 (1753–1823, the standard 註), Pān Wěi 潘霨 (1879 expanded edition), and Lín Shòuxuān 林壽萱 (1857 jué / 歌訣 supplement).
