Dǒng Fén 董弅 (fl. 1133–1162)
Native of Dōngpíng 東平 (Shāndōng). Son of the Northern-Sòng courtier Dǒng Yóu 董逌 (compiler of the Guǎngchuān shūbá 廣川書跋 and Guǎngchuān huàbá 廣川畫跋). Dǒng Fén styled himself Guǎngchuān to claim descent from the Western Hàn classicist Dǒng Zhòngshū. During the Shàoxīng era he served as Prefect of Yánzhōu 嚴州 (modern Jiàndé in western Zhèjiāng), where he produced the Yánlíng jí 嚴陵集 KR4h0036 in 9 juǎn — the principal Sòng anthology of literature on Yánzhōu / Yánlíng (the realm of the Eastern-Hàn recluse Yán Guāng), prefaced in Shàoxīng 9 (1139). He worked on the project with his subordinate the jiàoshòu Shěn Sù 沈愫 and drew on a private library held by the local Yú Yànxiān 喻彥先. No firm lifedates; no CBDB entry.
