Southern-Sòng official in Sichuan, author of Huángdì yīnfú jīng jiěyì 黃帝陰符經解義 (DZ 119) — a commentary on the Yīnfú jīng originally in three juan (per Tōngzhì “Yìwén lüè” 5.4b), of which the commentary on the first paragraph is no longer extant. Xiāo Zhēnzǎi critically rejects the long 400-word version of the Yīnfú jīng in favour of the short 300-word version, citing extensively from Zhuāngzǐ, Lièzǐ, Lúnyǔ, and Mèngzǐ.
