Yú Chúnxī 虞淳熙

Late-Wànlì Hángzhōu literatus, zì Déyuán 德園, holder of the jiǎshì of the Sīxūnyuán 司勳員 (Bureau of Honors) of the Ministry of Personnel; lay-Buddhist patron of 傳燈 Yōuxī Chuándēng’s late-Wànlì Tiāntái revival. Sponsored the Fǎhuá sānmèi 法華三昧 retreat at the Shèngguǒsì 勝果寺 (Hángzhōu) at which Chuándēng’s Lèngyán jīng yuántōng shū qiánmáo (KR6j0705) was begun in 1601.
