Tulišen 覺羅圖理琛 / 圖理琛 (1667–1740), zì Yīnzhōu 因周; of the Āyán Juéluó 阿顏覺羅 clan (Manchu Ayan Gioro), originally of the Yèhè 葉赫 lineage. Manchu Bordered-Yellow Banner official under Kāngxī and Yōngzhèng. Rose through kǎoqǔ (selection-by-examination) to Nèigé zhōngshū (Cabinet Drafter), Nèigé shìdú (Cabinet Reading-in-Waiting), Bīngbù zhífāngsī lángzhōng (Section Chief at the Bureau of Operations); under Yōngzhèng held senior offices including Lǐfānyuàn shìláng (Vice-Director of the Court of Colonial Affairs). His name is preserved in history through his service as principal envoy of the Qīng diplomatic mission to the Tórgūt (Volga Kalmyk) khanate in 1712–1715, which he recorded in the Yìyù lù 異域錄 (KR2k0151) — a parallel Manchu/Chinese text (Manchu original: Lakcaha Jecen-de Takūraha Babe Ejehe Bithe) that is the principal pre-modern Chinese-language documentary record of the Russian Empire, the Tórgūt khanate, and the Siberian and Central-Asian land routes.
