Fèi Gǔn 費袞 (fl. 1192–1206; CBDB id 30208), Bǔzhī 補之, was a late-Southern-Sòng bǐjì writer of Wúxī 無錫 (Liángxī 梁谿; modern Jiāngsū). Guózǐ miǎnjiě jìnshì (literally “guózǐjiān exemption-pass jìnshì” — i.e. a jìnshì candidate who passed via the guózǐjiān path rather than the regular gōngshì). His one surviving work is the Liángxī màn zhì 梁谿漫志 (KR3j0121) in 10 juàn, composed in Shàoxī 3 (1192) and singled out for inclusion in the Sāncháo zhèngshǐ (the Three Dynasties Standard History — the joint history of Gāozōng, Xiàozōng, and Guāngzōng) by the Guóshǐ shílùyuàn in Kāixǐ 2 (1206) — a shèngzhǐ (imperial-edict) of Sānshěng requesting the book to be sent to the Yuàn for use as compilation reference. The Sìkù editors regard it as a particularly sharp bǐjì, especially in its critical re-readings of Shǐ jì and Hàn shū episodes (e.g. Hàn Gāozǔ’s seizure of Hán Xìn’s army in his bedchamber, Yáo Chóng’s xù jìn lánglì) — and as one of the more original Sòng bǐjì. CBDB has no precise lifedates.
