Zhào Sìzhēn 趙嗣真, Yuán-period shānghán commentator whose annotations on the Shānghán lùn are cited extensively in 王肯堂 Wáng Kěntáng’s KR3eh052 Zhèngzhì zhǔnshéng · Shānghán among the post-Hàn supplementary methods (alongside 成無己 Chéng Wújǐ, 張兼善 Zhāng Jiānshàn, and others). Few independent biographical details survive.
