Shào Lánsūn 邵蘭蓀 (1855–1919) — leading Shàoxīng 紹興 (Zhèjiāng) clinician of the late Qīng and early Republican period, one of the eight Shàoxīng physicians of the late Qīng often grouped as the Shàoxīng wēnbìng bājiā 紹興溫病八家. He worked in private practice in Shàoxīng across the 1880s–1910s. His characteristic clinical signature is a Shàoxīng-region development of the Yè Tiānshì 葉天士 (葉桂) warm-disease (wēnbìng 溫病) tradition emphasising damp-heat (shīrè 濕熱) patterns appropriate to the humid Zhèjiāng climate and the use of light, aromatic, dispersing prescriptions in preference to heavier dose-forms.
His clinical records were edited posthumously by his disciples into KR3ep004 Shào Lánsūn yīàn 邵蘭蓀醫案. His cases are also prominently anthologised in He Liánchén’s 何廉臣 KR3ep099 Quánguó míngyī yànàn lèibiān 全國名醫驗案類編 (1921). CBDB and DILA have no entry.
