Zhèng Yuánqìng 鄭元慶 (b. 1660), zì Zhǐqí 芷畦, native of Guīān 歸安 (today’s Húzhōu 湖州 in Zhèjiāng). An early-Qīng kǎojù scholar and local historian active in the Kāngxī era. He recompiled the Húzhōu fǔzhì 湖州府志 (completed 1701) and recovered a rare Sòng printed edition of the Táng-era Shízhù jì 石柱記, on which he produced the annotated Shízhù jì jiānshì 石柱記箋釋 (KR2k0102); the Déqīng 德清 and Wǔkāng 武康 sections were supplemented by Zhū Yízūn 朱彝尊. Death year not recorded in CBDB (id 83738) or in standard dated catalogues; the Sìkù submission of his book in 1781 is far later than his presumed lifetime — that date reflects the Sìkù editorial process, not his floruit.
