Yuán disciple of Yáng Wéizhēn 楊維楨, editor of Yáng’s fù anthology Lìzé yíyīn 麗則遺音 (KR4d0589) which was cut at Qiántáng (Hángzhōu) at the close of the Zhìyuán era. Yáng wrote a self-preface to the resulting print in Zhìzhèng 2 rénwǔ (1342). Chén’s biography is otherwise undocumented; CBDB has 陳存禮 id 303454 with no dates given.
