Xuěyán chánshī 雪巖禪師 (fl. late-Qīng), Chán Buddhist monk and physician credited as compiler (zuǎnjí 纂輯) of the Tāichǎn xīnshū 胎產新書 (KR3ei078). The work was kǎodìng (verified-and-fixed) by Jìngguānglún Yīng chánshī 靜光輪應禪師. Both figures are part of the late-Qīng Chán-Buddhist popular-charity (císhàn) medical tradition — temple-based physician-monks who compiled obstetrical and other clinical manuals for free distribution as merit-accumulation works. The works are typically anonymous-attributive (carrying only a chánshī signature without given names), and the figures are not recorded in standard biographical sources. The Tāichǎn xīnshū is preserved in the Hǎiwài huíguī recension. Not in CBDB; not in DILA Buddhist person authority.
