Gù Qīng 顧清 (1460–1528), Shìlián 士廉, hào Dōngjiāng 東江, posthumously shì Wénxī 文僖, of Huátíng 華亭 (Sōngjiāngfǔ, Jiāngsū). Hóngzhì 6 / guǐchǒu (1493) jìnshì; reached Nánjīng Lǐbù shàngshū. Míng shǐ j. 184. Editor of the Sōngjiāngfǔ zhì 松江府志 (independently catalogued under KR2k). Disciple of the Chálíng (Lǐ Dōngyáng) school of literature — in the Zhèngdé era resisted the rising QiánQīzǐ (former-seven-masters) tide; submitted over ten memorials of remonstrance; in early Jiājìng pressed for the cessation of sending out the imperial guards. His writings — chronologically arranged in Shānzhōng gǎo (pre-office), Běiyóu gǎo (post-office), Guīlái gǎo (post-retirement), with later 留都稿 and 存稿 supplements no longer extant — are gathered in the Dōngjiāng jiācáng jí in 42 juǎn (KR4e0149).
