Late-Qián-lóng / mid-Jiā-qìng-era Qīng physician of Liángxī 梁溪 (= Wúxī 無錫, in the Sūzhōu region), the seventh generation (qīshì jiāyī 七世家醫) of a Wúxī hereditary medical lineage active from the late Míng. His sole documented work is KR3er097 Yī zhōng yī dé 醫中一得 (Jiāqìng 8 / 1803), composed at age 74. The work refines 葉桂 Yè Tiānshì’s wēnbìng doctrine of shǔyì 暑邪 (summerheat as a wúxíng zhī qì 無形之氣 upper-burner illness) with a specific shēngmá-based formula (Gěshēng tāng 葛升湯) for dānnüè 癉瘧.
