Mǎ Xuántái 馬玄臺 (given name 馬蒔 Mǎ Shí, zì Zhònghuà 仲化, hào Xuántái 玄臺), Míng-dynasty physician of Wàn-lì-era Sūzhōu / Huì-jī, principal Míng commentator on the Nèijīng — author of the Sùwèn zhùzhèng fāwēi 素問註證發微 and Língshū zhùzhèng fāwēi 靈樞註證發微 (9 juǎn each), the first full Míng commentaries on both the Sùwèn and Língshū. His readings are cited extensively in the late-Edo kǎojù medical tradition (e.g. by 多紀元簡 Taki Mototane).
