Luò Rúlóng 駱如龍 (sobriquet Qiánān 潛庵 — Lurking-Hermitage Master) was an early-Qīng (Kāngxī era) paediatric massage (tuīná 推拿) specialist whose Yòukē tuīná mìshū 幼科推拿秘書 (KR3ej068) is one of the foundational early-Qīng tuīná manuals, conventionally dated 1691 (Kāngxī 30). The work survives in the hxwd recension without preface or biographical colophon; no other biographical data are recoverable.
