Gāo Lìshì 高力士 (684–762) — Tang eunuch and chief attendant of Emperor Xuánzōng. In the apocryphal narrative frame of KR6j0540 Qīyào xīngchén biéxíng fǎ 七曜星辰別行法 (T21n1309), the Yīxíng rite for protection against disease-demons is said to have been preserved in his household after the emperor’s flight to Shǔ in 756.
