Takashima Hisaya 高島久也 (imina Sukekei 祜啟), early-Meiji Japanese kanpō 漢方 physician of the Hakusaidō 博濟堂 beriberi hospital cohort. Signed the postscript to KR3eh054 Kakke gairon 腳氣概論 (1879), in which he records his own European travels and his observation that beriberi was unknown to European clinicians at the time. To be distinguished from his elder near-namesake 高島久貫 Takashima Hisanuki, author of the cholera tract Sha-eki shinron 瀉疫新論 (KR3eg045). No further biographical material located.
