Shionoya Tōin 鹽谷世弘 (also Shionoya Sei-kō 鹽谷世弘; hào Tōin 宕陰; 1809–1867), late-Edo Japanese Confucian scholar, calligrapher, and minor official. Author of the autumn-1862 preface to 尾臺榕堂 Odai Yōdō’s Yī yú 醫餘 (KR3eq051) recording Odai’s biographical background — Echigo 北越 origins, original Kosugi 小杉 surname, study under 尾臺淺岳 Odai Sengaku and 龜田鵬齋 Kameda Bōsai.
