Huáng Yújī 黃虞稷 (1629–1691), zì Yútái 俞邰, hào Chǔyuán 楮園, was an early-Qing bibliographer of Quánzhōu 泉州 origin (his ancestors were Fújiàn) who lived as a refugee in Shàngyuán 上元 (Nánjīng) after the MíngQīng transition — his self-styled subscription “Mǐnrén” 閩人 in the Qiānqǐngtáng shūmù preface preserves the family’s native attachment. He never took office under the Qing. He inherited from his father Huáng Jūzhōng 黃居中 (1562–1644) the Qiānqǐngzhāi 千頃齋 library at Nánjīng — over 60,000 juan — and made book-cataloguing his life’s work. He participated in the early Qing Míngshǐ 明史 compilation (1679–onward) under Xú Yuánwén 徐元文, taking principal responsibility for the Yìwénzhì 藝文志, for which his Qiānqǐngtáng shūmù KR2n0010 was the working text. He also collaborated with Gōng Xiánglín 龔翔麟 on the revised printing of Zhū Mùzhì’s Shòujīngtú yìlì KR2n0008 (probably ca. 1672–1685). His collected works include Sàicǐlóu jí 賽詞樓集. CBDB 65940 confirms 1629–1691; Qīngshǐ gǎo and Qīngshǐ liézhuàn have his biography.
