Qí Xī 齊𤇸 (Sòng), zì Chōngfǔ 充甫, was a late-Southern-Sòng Lǐxué compiler of Póyáng 鄱陽 (Jiāngxī). Co-compiler with Zhāng Hóng 張洪 of the Zhūzǐ dúshū fǎ 朱子讀書法 (KR3a0070); at the time of compilation he was visiting Zhèdōng. CBDB id 49963, no dates. The character 𤇸 (= 熙 with 火 instead of 灬) is rare; the conventional simplification is 熙. The pinyin reading is Xī.
