Sòng huì yào 宋會要
Sòng administrative-history compilation, the working title for the Sòng-dynasty huì-yào compilation projects (begun under Sòng Tàizōng in the late 10th century, continued in serial form through the dynasty). The original work was lost; the surviving form is the Sòng huì yào jí gǎo 宋會要輯稿, a Qīng-period reconstruction by Xú Sōng 徐松 (1781–1848) from quotations in the Yǒnglè dà diǎn. Indispensable source for Sòng-period institutional history, including the Northern-Sòng imperial Buddhist translation bureau (Yìjīngyuàn 譯經院) and its translator-personnel.
