Methods for Cutting Off Grain from the Tài qīng Scripture
Anonymous; Six Dynasties / Táng
A Daoist grain-abstinence (duàn gǔ 斷穀, “cutting off grain”) manual — one of the classical Daoist dietary-cultivation practices, based on the idea that grain-foods harbour the sān shī 三尸 (Three Corpse-Worms) that shorten life. Preserved as DZ 846 / CT 846.
