A Míng alchemical compendium in 9 juàn collecting wài dān 外丹 recipes and discussions. “Gēng” 庚 is the seventh heavenly stem, correlated with metal/white and one of the standard alchemical code-names for gold or silver. The collection’s comprehensiveness and Míng date suggest it was compiled specifically for inclusion in the Zhèng tǒng 正統 Dào zàng redaction of 1444-45. Preserved as DZ 953 / CT 953 (Dòngshén bù, Zhòng shù lèi 洞神部眾術類).
