Xuán zhū lù 玄珠錄

Record of the Mysterious Pearl

by 王暉 (Wáng Huī); likely = Wáng Xuánlǎn 王玄覽 (626–697)

A Táng Chóng xuán 重玄 philosophical-aphoristic collection — nearly certainly recording the lectures of Wáng Xuánlǎn 王玄覽 (626–697), one of the most original early-Táng Chóngxuán philosophers, whose disciples compiled his oral teachings. The Dào zàng attribution to “Wáng Huī” 王暉 is likely a corruption. Preserved as DZ 1048 / CT 1048 (Tài xuán bù 太玄部).

Dating. Late 7th century. Dynasty: 唐.
